The Mission of Providence Christian Academy of Lampasas is to partner with families to raise godly students with a biblical worldview. PCA is committed to academic excellence through Christian education where students can discover God's providential plan for their lives.

The Vision of Providence Christian Academy of Lampasas is to provide the highest quality of education for students while teaching a biblical worldview, making disciples of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, in a Christ centered environment.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
God
We believe in one God in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; distinct but inseparable, eternally one in essence and power.
Jesus
We believe in Jesus Christ, the son of God, who is fully divine and fully human. He lived a sinless life, introduced, and inaugurated the Kingdom of God, died for the sins of the world, and was raised on the third day bringing reconciliation between God and humanity. He now sits at the right hand of God the Father, and he will return to judge the living and the dead and bring redemption to all of creation.
Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the counselor, the advocate who proceeds from the Father and the Son and leads God's people in God's ways. We believe the Holy Spirit convicts people of their sin and empowers the church to be the body of Christ in this world. We believe the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in the Christian enables them to live a holy life, bear godly fruit and use their spiritual gifts.
Salvation
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone, not by our own merit or work. The offering Christ freely made on the cross is the perfect and sufficient sacrifice for the sins of the world, redeeming humanity from all sin so that no other satisfaction is required. We also believe that faith without works is dead.
The Bible
We believe the Holy inerrant authority of the Scriptures of the Bible, and that they were written by man inspired by the Holy Spirit, to be the Word of God. We believe that the Bible contains all things necessary to salvation and understanding the story of God's gracious action throughout history. We believe that anything not found therein, nor proved thereby, should not be required of any person to be believed as an article of faith, or thought of as necessary for salvation.
The Church
We believe that the Church of Jesus Christ is the redemptive community of faith under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Holiness
We believe we are called to live holy lives that reflect true faith in what Christ has done for us and that faith without works is dead. We believe in the sanctifying power of grace through the Holy Spirit to transform the life of every believer from the inside out.
Identity
We believe as Christians our identity is found in Jesus Christ, and we should affirm all that he teaches us to obey concerning the truth even when it is contrary to the cultural standards around us. To this end, we believe God immutably creates each person to reflect His image as they were created either male or female.
